About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandise Director to lead our Senior Merchandising function and play a pivotal role in the continued transformation of our boohoo womenswear brand.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer to deliver the Brand Strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive merchandising strategy to drive sales and profitability.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing merchandising team to deliver results and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Ecommerce, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage the Boards expectations and influence business decisions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance to react to trade and agree the trading position for the weeks ahead.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Communicate the Brand Manifesto and ensure it translates into understandable goals and targets.
