We're a creative marketing agency that specialises in b2b campaigns, ABM and brand development. Our team is passionate about working closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and success.

The Role

We're looking for a Social Media and Marketing Executive to help shape our agency's exciting next stage of growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and developing our brand proposition.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X
  2. Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our target audience
  3. Work closely with our content and creative teams to create innovative and thought-leading content
  4. Run our LinkedIn Live streams and develop topic ideas, production management and drive attendees
  5. Manage the social presence and profiles of Digital Radish and our Co-Founders and MDs, as well as clients where appropriate
  6. Ensure our award-winning work with clients is promoted to the outside world by developing case study stories and working with the creative team to develop assets
  7. Coordinate our event calendar, manage our sponsorship, speaking slots and continuously lookout for new events and spaces we should have a presence at
  8. Lead on directing, writing and managing our award entries, ensuring they're winner-worthy and will be added to our trophy shelf

Requirements

  1. High energy and enthusiasm to try new things with a fail fast, fail often attitude
  2. Extensive social media experience - perhaps your own business, content platform or profile you've built
  3. Great copywriting and content creation skills
  4. Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  5. Extensive social media experience
  6. An interest in b2b and complex technology
  7. Very organised
  8. A multi-tasker who can flex to the different needs of the agency and likes getting organised and getting stuff done
  9. Super bright and able to understand new concepts and technologies quickly
  10. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  11. Able to mobilise others to get stuff done; high EQ
  12. Good eye for design
  13. Will likely have experimented with lots of different tools and techniques; likely to have built their own social media profile or that of a brands
  14. Project management experience
  15. Budget-management skills
