Job Summary:

The University of Cambridge Women's Basketball Second team is seeking an experienced Basketball Coach to lead our team to success. As a coach, you will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and working closely with the team captains and other coaches to achieve our goals. We are offering a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training sessions to improve player skills and teamwork.
  • Analyze team performance and develop effective game strategies.
  • Mentor and support team captains and other coaches to ensure a cohesive team approach.
