About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Jobheron, a leading manufacturer of luxury timber doors based in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to work with a close-knit team and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including property developers, architects, interior designers, and construction companies.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, project plans, and bills of quantities to provide detailed and accurate quotations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through telephone, email, and online outreach.
  • Manage client expectations, provide updates on projects, and ensure all queries are handled with a high level of service.
  • Use Pipedrive and other internal tools to log new enquiries, quotations, and project updates efficiently.
  • Conduct regular site visits or client meetings as necessary, managing your own schedule and travel plans.
  • Liaise with our operations team to ensure orders and projects are progressing according to schedule and resolve any technical issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or estimating roles in the construction or design industry.
  • Basic knowledge of architectural terminology, with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to create rapport over email, phone, and video calls.
  • Numerically minded with attention to detail, particularly in providing accurate and timely estimates.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and accounting software (e.g., Xero) is a bonus.
  • Ability to handle complex client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
  • Full driving licence required for occasional travel and site visits.
  • Willingness to visit our factory and attend trade shows when required.
