The Job Requirements

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This includes supporting them with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meal assistance. You will also play a key role in promoting their independence and dignity.

Compensation and Benefits

Our salaries are competitive, ranging from £18,000-£20,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid Enhanced DBS/PVG, free uniform, company pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.

In addition to these benefits, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects. We also offer a refer-a-friend scheme and GP online service for your convenience.
