Care Assistant Job Description

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This includes assisting with daily living activities, participating in general activities, and contributing to the overall wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, colleagues, and family members.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualised care plans.
