We invite a motivated and compassionate individual to join our residential support team in Cannock. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care services to vulnerable children and young people.

To succeed in this position, you should possess relevant experience working in a residential childcare setting, ideally with a Level 3 qualification. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, encouraging independence and self-expression.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and adapt care plans.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.

Compensation: £12,550 - £13,200 per annum (pro-rata). Additional benefits include face-to-face therapeutic training, free DBS check, and access to online courses.
