About the Role

We are seeking a talented digital designer to bring the Rapid7 brand to life through captivating visuals and dynamic motion graphics. As a key member of our creative team, you will work across the full design spectrum of website, social media, and print design, creating outstanding work with user conversion at its core.

About the Team

You will be part of a fun and supportive environment that fosters healthy collaboration between content writers and other designers. Our design team works closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, and more. You will report to the Senior Manager of Creative Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review creative briefs and support the Senior Interactive Designer and Senior Designer to conceptualize web pages and imagery as part of marketing campaigns.
  • Support UX/UI needs focused on the end-to-end design process for the Rapid7 website.
  • Take storyboards and build out motion graphics using After Effects as well as concepting storyboards.
  • Contribute to other design-related projects, including events, collateral, digital media content, slide decks, and more.
  • Partner with Copywriters on specific projects and work closely with Project Managers, Content Strategists, digital strategy, and media teams internally and externally to develop campaign creative.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to implement innovative design solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A portfolio of previous work that demonstrates motion and digital design skills.
  • Proficiency with Figma and a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects.
