Job Summary

Ocho is seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Digital Learning Content Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing engaging digital learning content for technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to understand learning needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop visually appealing digital learning assets and modules that meet the needs of our technical training programs.
  • Adapt technical content for digital delivery, ensuring seamless integration with our learning management system.
  • Review and refine content to ensure alignment with learning objectives and standards.
  • Contribute to the improvement of team standards and efficiency, driving excellence in digital learning content delivery.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in instructional design, with a proven track record of creating engaging digital learning content.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
