About the Role:

Ocho is seeking a detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer to join our Digital Learning Content Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Technical Subject Matter Experts to understand learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and develop visually engaging digital learning content for technical training programs, ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
  • Adapt technical content for digital delivery, leveraging expertise in instructional design and multimedia development.
  • Review and refine content to ensure consistency and quality, contributing to team standards and efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve learning experiences.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in instructional design, with a strong background in technical training and digital learning.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
