Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Hall Green Infants School. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our infant-aged pupils.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to classes across the school, as well as delivering small group or individual intervention work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children to achieve their best across the curriculum
  • Experience of working with infant-aged children
  • Engaging young people to motivate them to learn
  • Working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Delivering 1:1 or small group SEND interventions
  • Planning as part of the teaching team

Requirements

  • NVQ TA level 2/3 qualification or relevant degree
  • Commitment to KS1/early years development
  • Passion for supporting children's education and well-being
