Ambient Support Senior Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for operational leadership, customized care planning, cultural sensitivity, and issue resolution. You will also handle recruitment, management, and professional development of staff members, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to provide exceptional care.
You will work closely with the landlord and Local County Council, establishing and maintaining strong communication channels to benefit our residents. This role requires flexible working, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
