As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the best interests of each person we support are at the forefront of all decisions, working closely with them, their advocates, family, friends, and significant others.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and understanding towards our residents.
- Develop and implement effective risk assessments and safety protocols to safeguard our residents.
- Foster strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £32,500 per annum, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, comprehensive training, and a generous holiday entitlement.
