Regional Facilities Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Regional Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and compliance of restaurants across the UK. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime of systems within our venues.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a property team consisting of Head of Maintenance figures, Regional Managers, head office support, and in-house technicians.
- Oversee all maintenance and facilities works across the portfolio of restaurants.
- Inspect restaurants focusing on customer experience, functionality, cleanliness, smell, temperature, etc.
- Communicate with property and restaurant operations teams regarding maintenance issues, projects, and updates.
- Build relationships with General Managers/Restaurant Managers across the portfolio.
