Job Title: Premium Estate Associate

Estimated Salary: £250,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced self-employed luxury real estate agent to join our team in the Cambridgeshire area. As a luxury real estate agent, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of high-end properties, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of high-end properties, catering to the needs of discerning clients.
  • B build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including high net worth individuals and celebrities.
  • Conduct thorough property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales, leveraging your exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate closely with other agents and brokers to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury real estate market.
  • Pursue networking opportunities and establish a strong personal brand within the industry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a luxury real estate agent or a track record of successful sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cambridge location.
  • A well-established network of high net worth clients and industry contacts.
