Business Development Director

Job Title: Business Development Director
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
As a Business Development Director at Capgemini, you will be responsible for building competitive analytics business offers and leading go-to-market efforts in alignment with our BPO strategy to grow our Analytics business. Your role includes developing and growing business for BPO in Intelligent Business Insights in process domains such as Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, Contact Center, Risk and Compliance.
You will partner with management and develop business, create thought leadership content, and ensure collaterals are up-to-date with the latest market trends. The successful candidate will have experience building an Analytics business to £20m and above, and will have deep knowledge of analytics technologies and tools.
You will also have functional knowledge of GBS business processes, including experience applying advanced data and predictive analytics techniques to drive better outcomes for clients. Additional responsibilities include sensing and responding to risks to offers, developing business and financial acumen, and having proven ability to sell analytics solutions.
