About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Dynamic Search Solutions. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform for our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the integration of third-party services into the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance. You will also be responsible for developing the internal ServiceNow platform for the organisation, architecting and delivering tailored solutions across ITOM, CSM, and ITSM to meet specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Integrations: Take ownership of integrating third-party services into the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
  • Develop the internal ServiceNow platform for the organisation
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and deliver tailored solutions across ITOM, CSM, and ITSM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Autonomous Project Management: Manage your projects independently, from planning to implementation, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or delivery, continuously optimizing processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide expert insights, and deliver superior service.
  • Automation & Innovation: Implement workflow automation, reduce manual processes, and innovate solutions that drive efficiencies across our clients' platforms.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven Expertise in ServiceNow: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities, including ITOM, CSM, and ITSM, and hands-on experience with 3rd-party integrations.
  • Autonomy & Proactiveness: Ability to work independently and proactively manage your workload, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Technical Problem-Solving Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and work closely with clients and team members.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception through delivery, including time management, risk management, and reporting.
