Lead ServiceNow Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Bell Integration - Driving Digital Transformation. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our internal self-service scoped application.

Working closely with our product owner, you will plan and prioritize the roadmap and sprint planning. You will also mentor a team of mid-level ServiceNow developers, guiding them to achieve their full potential.

This is a predominantly remote working opportunity with occasional travel to London. We offer a flexible and supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development team, mentoring and guiding mid-level developers to achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, implementing new functionalities as needed.
  • Develop and integrate ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) to connect with third-party systems and applications.
  • Build custom ServiceNow applications and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of platform development, customization, and integration.
  • Expertise in developing and integrating ServiceNow APIs (REST/SOAP) to connect with third-party systems and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies).
  • Proficient in building custom ServiceNow applications and integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Web Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to new technologies and environments.
