Nurse Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Associate to join our dynamic team at Nelson Medical Practice in Wimbledon Chase. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients while undertaking specific clinical and care tasks under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Be actively involved in the provision of health education and self-management advice to patients, relatives, and carers.
- Support individuals with all aspects of care, including daily living, providing person-centered care, and promoting health and independence.
- Work with a supervisor to develop your clinical competence, leadership, and reflective practice skills within the workplace.
- Perform and record clinical observations, such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, and pulse.
- Discuss and share information with registered nurses on patients' health conditions, activities, and responses.
- Develop an understanding of caring and supporting people with dementia, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
