We're seeking a dedicated Nurse Associate to join our team at Cygnet Churchill, an inpatient mental health hospital for men in south London. As a key member of our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Support the assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans and risk assessments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensure all interventions are documented clearly and comprehensively in clinical notes and care plans.
- Administer medication in-line with the NMC code and Cygnet Health Care's policies.
- Conduct safe and therapeutic observations and engage with service users as required.
- Assist with physical health assessments and interventions under the guidance of the nurse in charge.
- Contribute to the prevention and management of challenging behavior in line with least restrictive practice.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an experienced Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register or hold a minimum level 5 Foundation degree in nursing associate practice. You'll possess excellent organizational and prioritization skills, be able to recognize your limitations, and know when to seek advice from a registered health or care professional.
