Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Lead

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join their 0-18 Children with Disabilities Team in South Gloucestershire. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £54,957 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Supervision: Foster a collaborative work environment through visible leadership, providing management and professional supervision to a diverse range of professionals.
  2. Service Planning and Coordination: Lead, develop, and support service planning, including the production of plans for service areas, finance plans, and integration with wider Council plans.
  3. Case Management: Take responsibility for managing cases within the relevant service area, adhering to Safeguarding procedures for vulnerable individuals.
  4. Budget Management: Contribute significantly to budget management and/or manage a substantial budget.
  5. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of service provision, meeting key performance measures.
  6. Training and Development: Identify and contribute to training strategies, deliver professional supervision, and provide expert advice to team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
  7. Partnership and Communication: Work in partnership to promote initiatives, ensure effective communication, and share information and best practices in line with government policies and guidelines.
  8. Community and Group Work: Possess experience in community and/or group work.
  9. Knowledge of Children's Health and Social Care: Have knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
