About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our People Ops team, you will play a critical role in driving our Diversity, Inclusivity & Belonging agenda forward.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of People Ops to develop and deliver action plans that promote an inclusive workplace culture, foster a sense of belonging among employees, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of our DI&B action plan, ensuring alignment with our company values and culture.
  • Advise internal talent teams on inclusive recruitment practices, analyzing diversity data to inform decision-making.
  • Conduct diversity assessments of organizational practices, processes, and policies, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Coach and upskill managers and employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, promoting a culture of belonging.
  • Organize events and awareness sessions to celebrate DI&B and provide education and development opportunities.
  • Support the DI&B forum, identifying opportunities to close pay gaps and develop tender-winning responses.
  • Collaborate with the social value team, providing data, reporting, and maintaining external partnerships.
  • Represent DiverseJobsMatter at external networking events, building relationships with external organizations to promote best practices.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing D&I initiatives, with a strong knowledge of D&I principles, legal requirements, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of the organization, influencing without direct authority.
  • Ability to analyze data, use insights to drive decision-making, and facilitate presentations.
