Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Lead

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join their 0-18 Children with Disabilities Team on a permanent, full-time basis in South Gloucestershire.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our team in providing exceptional services to children with disabilities. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, managing cases, and contributing to budget management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a highly effective team through visible leadership, management, and professional supervision.
  • Lead the development, coordination, and support of service planning, including finance plans and integration with wider Council plans.
  • Take ownership of case management within the relevant service area, adhering to safeguarding procedures for vulnerable individuals.
  • Make significant contributions to budget management and/or manage a substantial budget.
  • Monitor quality and performance to ensure the effectiveness of service provision and meet key performance measures.
  • Identify and contribute to training and development strategies, delivering professional supervision and expert advice to team members.
  • Work in partnership to promote and coordinate initiatives, ensuring effective communication and sharing of information and best practices in line with government policies and guidelines.
  • Experience in community and/or group work.
  • Knowledge of children's health and social care systems, agencies, and relevant legislation.
