We invite a motivated and compassionate individual to join our Response team at Morrell Crescent, working alongside the Adult Mental Health Team to provide high-quality support to clients with serious mental illness.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to inform individualised care plans
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Promote independence and empowerment among residents

This role necessitates a strong foundation in mental health principles, laws, and best practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
