Job Opportunity: Temporary Support Worker - Adults with Learning & Sensory Disabilities

We are seeking a Temporary Support Worker to work with adults with learning and sensory disabilities in the region.

About the Role:
  • Provide tailored support to individuals with learning and sensory disabilities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of service users at all times.
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement in a respectful, empathetic manner.
  • Help individuals engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities.
  • Support individuals to develop new skills and interests.
About You:
  • Experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • Paid hourly rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour
  • Estimated salary range based on location: £26,000 - £28,400 per annum
