Job Title: Customer Service Team Coordinator

This role is an excellent opportunity to join Wise Employment as a Customer Service Team Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our engineers in their daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a small team environment. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, managing customer records, and ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.

This is a busy and varied role that requires patience, a good sense of humour, and strong teamwork skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual who enjoys working with people, we would love to hear from you.

Estimated salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate appointments between customers and engineers
  • Manage customer records and ensure accuracy
  • Process invoices and calculate costings
