Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Manager to lead our finance function and play a key role in shaping the company's future success. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Financial Management
    • Manage and maintain financial systems, including NetSuite
    • Oversee cash flow, overdraft, and bank account management
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior leadership team
    • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage the finance team, including the Finance Assistant
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Qualified accountant or equivalent experience
  • Skills and Experience
    • Proven experience in financial management and analysis
    • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Experience with NetSuite and other financial systems
