Retail Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Co-ordinate and manage daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Recruit, train, and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential
- Manage and maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
