We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure that all colleagues are trained and developed to meet their full potential
- Monitor and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock
- Manage the store's visual merchandising and display standards
