Senior Sourcing Manager, Amazon Global Private Brands, Global Sourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sourcing Manager to join our European team at Amazon Private Brands Global Sourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our European supplier base, identifying new suppliers, and driving the sourcing process to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Supplier Management: Identify and develop relationships with key suppliers and supply chain partners to build our European supplier strategy and drive it forward with our international teams.
- KPI-Based Strategic Supplier Management: Build a KPI-based strategic supplier management framework to strengthen and expand collaboration with partners that meet our high quality standards and add value to our brands.
- Alternative Sourcing Approaches: Utilize alternative sourcing approaches such as resourcing (shifting supply from one factory to another) to more effectively manage and leverage existing supplier base.
- Global Supply Chain Understanding: Understand global supply chains, sourcing industry, and profit drivers to make informed decisions.
- Sourcing Strategy Development: Partner with Global Product Development Managers, Quality and Supply Chain teams to develop sourcing strategy across multiple categories and launch products globally.
- Defect Identification and Process Improvement: Identify defects and develop scalable processes/tech solutions to address and accelerate our Private Label business.
- Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tools and productivity, and build new innovations to unlock new opportunities or increase efficiencies across the business and across Amazon.
We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven individual with a strong background in sourcing, supply chain management, and product development. You should have experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition, experience with end-to-end product delivery, and experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
