Amazon TA is seeking a seasoned telecommunications sourcing and contract negotiation expert to lead our strategic vendor partnerships across the world. As a key member of our elite Strategic IP Services (SIPS) team, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of telecommunications vendors. Your expertise will ensure our contracts are ironclad, SLAs are met, and any performance issues are swiftly resolved. You'll excel at structuring new vendor agreements and renewals that drive top and bottom-line growth, working closely with our global stakeholders to maintain standardization and identify new opportunities to streamline our operations. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for global telecommunications vendors, conducting high-level business reviews to ensure contract compliance and SLA adherence, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and leading complex vendor negotiations. If you're an assertive, data-driven telecommunications professional who's eager to make a global impact, we want to hear from you. This position will require up to 20% travel. A day in the life includes collecting and inputting vendor performance data, initiating vendor disputes, supporting onboarding and maintenance of supplier escalation matrices, and managing voice and data circuit detail governance.
