Senior Service Architect

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Architect to join our team at COMPUTACENTER (UK) LIMITED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering large, complex solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Implement robust service offerings with supporting documentation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes. Create and champion services intra-operability design, testing, and documentation, driving standardization and efficiency across the organization. Collaborate with sales and customers to ensure that solutions meet their needs and expectations, providing comprehensive guidance on the development of solution components. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring predictable delivery in terms of service and cost expectations.

**Requirements**

A strategic thinker with experience in developing technical strategies, architectures, and proposals. A documentation expert with the ability to author design and test documents for large, complex solution developments. An innovative leader with a proven track record in developing new offerings, with documented feedback from customers and/or sales indicating that IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of the customers business have been developed through collaboration with user groups. A design authority with the ability to lead on high-level design documents for major solutions, managing design artifacts, standards, and end-to-end design while maintaining an audit trail for an effective design control process. An effective communicator with the ability to deliver presentations and assessments on solutions and requirements, with a deep understanding of Group Technology Sourcing, system/service definition, and Software/Cloud. A value-based conversationalist with the ability to confidently engage in value-based conversations with internal and external stakeholders about our standard services and inter-operability. Leadership accountability is also a key aspect of this role, with a natural desire to take on general leadership accountability and lead roles, flexing personal scope as necessary to add value.

**What You'll Bring**

A strong understanding of technical strategies, architectures, and proposals, with experience in developing and implementing large, complex solutions. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to author design and test documents for large, complex solution developments. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of developing new offerings and driving standardization and efficiency across the organization. Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and assessments on solutions and requirements. A deep understanding of Group Technology Sourcing, system/service definition, and Software/Cloud, with the ability to confidently engage in value-based conversations with internal and external stakeholders about our standard services and inter-operability.
