Job Title: Program Manager, Amazon Grocery Logistics Delivery

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Program Manager to join our Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing delivery strategies to optimize the delivery experience for Amazon's Global Grocery Delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute delivery strategies to improve Cost Per Delivery (CPD), on-time deliveries, and first-time delivery success rates across delivery stations in the UK.
  • Conduct complex analysis to influence and gain alignment from cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in end-to-end AGL delivery processes to assist partner teams in shaping product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and advising on critical considerations within the Grocery delivery space.
  • Lead working groups to generate potential solutions for performance optimization and drive data-based solutions within the end-to-end delivery and technical processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
