We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior E-commerce Merchandiser to support our merchandising strategy and enhance our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce merchandising strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Maintain and manage product assortments, ensuring accurate and engaging product displays.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Buying teams to create product campaigns and promotions.
  • Optimise product content and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor website performance and product sell-through, providing insights to enhance online product presentation.
  • Ensure product range accuracy across the website, working with assisted software.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to support trend identification and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support to resolve customer queries effectively.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail merchandising.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce product optimisation.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with multiple e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools for monitoring and improving website performance is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for product detail, presentation, and a passion for fashion.
