We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welcome Manager to join our team at the Giant\u2019s Causeway. As a key member of our visitor operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have an unforgettable experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage the welcome team to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our visitors
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and visitor engagement
* Collaborate with the Visitor Operations Manager to develop and deliver the site offer
* Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of service and visitor experience
* Use sound judgement and decision making to resolve customer queries and issues

**Requirements:**

* Good practical experience in visitor business, tourist, heritage or relevant visitor services environment
* Naturally curious about people, and with a passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
* Excellent organisational skills
* Confident leader, adaptable and responsive under pressure
* Ability to initiate service recovery without senior support
* Good IT skills (all MS Office)
