We are seeking an experienced Clinical Dietitian Specialist to join our team at Oviva AG. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per year.

Oviva AG is a digital health provider that offers innovative healthcare programs for individuals living with weight-related conditions. Our mission is to provide accessible and effective care to people in need.

The Role:

  • This position involves working closely with our clinical team to deliver our weight management digital service to patients.
  • You will provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care as a Specialist Dietitian, adhering to Oviva's training protocol and HCPC professional standards.
  • Key responsibilities include meeting internal and external contractual KPIs, which encompass clinical outcomes, patient experience, and retention metrics.

As a member of our Tier 3 multi-disciplinary team, you will have opportunities to attend monthly clinical supervision sessions and weekly clinical meetings to enhance your skills and development.

You will be accountable for collecting attendance, satisfaction, and outcome data, collaborating with us to provide service evaluation and reporting.

Other key duties include maintaining accurate clinical records, completing mandatory training, and adhering to Information Governance and data protection regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered dietitian with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience in dietetic management of patients with complex health conditions.
  • Behaviour change techniques (BCT) and/or Motivational Interviewing training and experience.
