Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Lead to join our team at Coach Europe. As a key member of the inventory management team, you will be responsible for leading annual inventory management for Coach Europe, driving total Europe inventory optimization, and maintaining and publishing seasonal OTB plans.

This is a full-time position based in [location], with a salary of approximately £65,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and private healthcare.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead annual inventory management for Coach Europe
* Drive total Europe inventory optimization, in line with global targets
* Maintain and publish seasonal OTB plans
* Manage the carryover vs seasonal inventory strategy (NOOS management) in-season trading, driving risk and opportunity discussions

Requirements
* 4+ years' experience in inventory management/merchandise planning
* Highly commercial, numerate, and analytical, with a clear command of key financial drivers
* Advanced computer skills in Excel and retail planning systems e.g RPAS, Cora, SAP
