We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Lead to join our team at Axon Moore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our customer service team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and managing team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that KPIs and SLAs are met with a customer-first approach.
  • Team Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Culture Development: Develop and execute training programs to up-skill team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days of annual leave, free on-site parking and EV charging, and regular social events, is available for the right candidate.
