Job Description

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practices
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Current NMC Registration
  • Degree qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
