About the Role:

  • This role requires providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to Inpatient Mental Health Teams within Low Secure Services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Inpatient Mental Health Teams within Low Secure Services.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in mental health or a related field.
  • Proven experience of leading clinical teams and developing healthcare services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per annum.
