We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Support: Offer a professional, proactive, and customer-focused business support service to enable services to meet their statutory and legal obligations and our organizational goals.
- Administrative Support: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our business.
- IT Systems and Software: Utilize excellent knowledge and application of IT systems and software packages to support our business operations.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and share recommendations with the wider team to enhance our business operations.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, working with sensitive and sometimes challenging information.
- Administrative Skills: Possess excellent word processing skills and be able to compose correspondence on standard issues.
- IT Literacy: Have excellent knowledge and application of IT systems and software packages.
