Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our Managing Director of Global Real Estate, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and supporting the delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel and Diary Management: Coordinate complex travel arrangements, manage the Managing Director's diary, and ensure timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to arrange meetings, appointments, and other business-related activities, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • International Travel and Visas: Arrange international travel bookings, visas, and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Event Management: Coordinate and manage events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including minute-taking, data entry, and other tasks as required.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, including facilities, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience of providing support at Board level, with a strong understanding of business operations and administration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience of providing support to others and managing complex administrative tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
