Job Title: Residential Care Specialist

At CV-Library, we are seeking an experienced Residential Care Specialist to join our team in the Cardiff area.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position available for individuals with experience in residential childcare settings. You will be working as part of a staff team to provide high-quality care and support to children in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering best quality care and support to young people.
  2. Engaging the young people in social activities.
  3. Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  4. Supporting education and further development.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of working in a children's residential setting.
  2. Level 3 children and young people qualification (desirable).
  3. Flexible approach and willingness to cover sickness.
  4. Able to act as a positive role model.
  5. Confident in challenging behavior when required.
  6. Ability to maintain high standards of report writing.

Salary: £40-£50 per hour with holiday pay on top.
