Job Summary:

James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases, including dismissals, and provide guidance on HR legal issues.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee outsourced payroll provision and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Training and Development: Identify and address training needs, and provide feedback and coaching to department heads.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a respectful, fair, and inclusive culture, and promote open communication among employees.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate effectiveness reports and analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law and employee relations procedures.
  • Skills: Motivated self-starter, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Driving License: Must hold a current driving license, as travel is required.

  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.
