Lipton Media, a specialist media recruitment agency, is seeking a highly driven and ambitious Delegate Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to move into a sales role focused on working within the fast-paced world of b2b events.
The role will involve heavy key account management (approx 60%) with a 40% focus on new business. Leads will be generated via marketing and via the database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
Requirements:
- 12 months phone sales experience
- Excellent account management skills
- Strong desire to close deals and earn commission
- Relish a challenge, are resilient and have a desire to succeed
- Excellent communication skills are a must along with bags of enthusiasm
