We are seeking a skilled Delegate Relations Manager to join our team at Manu Forti Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with senior decision-makers and business school representatives.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in delegate or event sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Previous experience in B2B events or education is a plus.

The Delegate Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing delegate sales strategies to exceed revenue and attendance targets for events at international locations. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering expert knowledge on the value of attending events, and driving sales conversions from our client's existing networks and beyond.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, build trust, and offer meaningful solutions. They will also have expertise in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals, with the ability to deliver compelling value propositions that align with the customers' unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Closing: Source new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and meetings, driving sales conversions from our client's existing networks and beyond.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and business school representatives.
