  • Program Development: Collaborate with TBMs to develop comprehensive quarterly peer-to-peer (P2P) plans using strategically relevant meeting titles with strong advocates, owning strategic mapping of regional P2P programmes to deliver the right message at the right time for the right customer based on TBM-informed segmentation.
  • Speaker Tours: Help organize and facilitate regional speaker tours, coordinating logistics such as scheduling, venue selection, and speaker briefings to drive optimal beliefs and behaviors for our brands.

  • Webinars: Work closely with National Team Associates (NTAs) and local TBM colleagues to identify opportunities to maximize international or national head office-led webinars through single-sign-on registrations or local child-meetings.

  • Sponsorships: Manage the process for HCP sponsorships to national and international congresses, including delegate management and coordination of logistics with the National Marketing Coordinator, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Implement strategies and systems to streamline administrative tasks for TBMs, providing support in areas like documentation, reporting, material delivery, and logistics management, allowing TBMs to focus on strategic activities and HCP engagement.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a similar coordination or project management role.
  • A strong understanding of compliance regulations governing interactions with HCPs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
