Job Overview


NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its expanding temporary staff bank service. As a key member of our Inpatient team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive working environment.


Main Responsibilities



  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing your expertise and experience to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to Trust protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, promoting the values of NELFT NHS Foundation Trust.

Requirements



  • Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Have recent clinical experience, ideally in a community or community hospital setting.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
