Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the European Driveline electrification strategy for passenger car, commercial vehicle, and off-highway markets.\
  • Managing assigned product lines, including ensuring volume forecasts align with market trends, developing pricing strategies, and monitoring product margins.\
  • Liaising with OEMs and customers to develop partnerships and determine product approach and pricing strategy.\
  • Collaborating with Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to manage asset and operational decisions in support of the product line.\

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, technology deployment, or Product Management roles.\
  • Business Acumen: Good understanding of financial aspects, including pricing, margins, and profitability.\
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.\
  • Market Understanding: Strong understanding of relevant markets, customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends.\
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of technical aspects of products, including chemical composition, applications, and manufacturing processes.\
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and interpret market and financial data to make informed decisions.\
