About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Removals Sales Surveyor to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the company's success by effectively managing sales activities and assisting in branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer requirements: Provide accurate quotations, secure sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships: With customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met throughout the entire moving process.
- Carry out video surveys: To assess customer requirements and provide accurate quotations.
- Follow up on all sales estimates: To ensure timely and efficient execution of removal projects.
- Liaise with the operations team: To plan and coordinate removal projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Work closely with move consultants: To ensure detailed information is provided regarding the move.
- Represent the company: In a professional manner and uphold its reputation for excellence in customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: To build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Full UK driving licence: And willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings.
- Removals sales surveying experience: With a strong understanding of the Removals industry and sound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations.
What We Offer:
Up to £40,000, plus bonus and commission.
